GLASSGUARDTM Nanocoat products are covered by specific warranties, detailed on the individual product page and MSDS, which are effective from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that the product you have purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship and makes sure you can trust the product quality while it's under warranty.

This warranty does not cover the application of the product, and we do encourage all customers to read the instructions carefully to ensure they are applying the product correctly. Applying the product incorrectly will void the warranty.

During the warranty period we will, at our discretion repair or replace any defective parts or the entire product, free of charge. Please note the following terms and conditions:

  1. Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period.
  2. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice, including order number) will be required for all warranty claims.
  4. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  5. Any repairs or alterations by unauthorized persons will void this warranty.
  6. Shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you encounter any issues with GLASSGUARDTM Nanocoat products covered by this warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your name, contact details, product information (including your order number), and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the warranty claim process, including any necessary troubleshooting steps.
  4. If a warranty claim is approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement as per the warranty terms.


Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Period:

  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for the specified period from that date, unless otherwise specified on the product documentation.


  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
  • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
    • Misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect.
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
    • Exposure to extreme conditions, including but not limited to, extreme temperatures, humidity, or water damage.
    • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product.
    • Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.

Proof of Purchase:

  • A valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice including the order number, is required for all warranty claims.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including sending the product to our authorized service center.

Limitation of Liability:

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or parts.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

Governing Law:

  • This warranty is governed by the laws of the country in which the product was purchased (Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States of America or Canada) and any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be resolved in the courts of the country in which the product was purchased (Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States of America or Canada).

Changes to Warranty:

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate our warranty terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website or other appropriate means.

Entire Agreement:

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and GLASSGUARDTM regarding the product warranty, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
