  1. Contact our customer support team on contact@glassguard.com.au within 60 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your name, contact details, product information (including your order number), and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Include a photo showing the product used and the surface it did not work on. 
  4. Our support team will guide you through the money back guarantee claim process, including any necessary troubleshooting steps.
  5. If the money back guarantee claim is approved, we will arrange for the money back guarantee refund as per the money back guarantee terms.

We will process your refund within 21 business days after approving your request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
