Money Back Guarantee

We are proud to offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all our products. To be eligible for this, please email us within 60 days of receiving your order at contact@glassguard.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We require a photo showing the product used and the surface it did not work on. We may offer assistance to resolve the problem. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will refund the full purchase price of your order.

Damaged items

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please send pictures of the damaged items to contact@glassguard.com.au within 60 days of receiving the damaged item. Upon receiving the picture of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Glassguard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Glassguard will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Change of Mind

You can return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged or shows signs of use.

To initiate a return, please submit an inquiry or open a live chat with us and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
