Instructions - GLASSGUARD™ NANOCOAT FOR GLASS

NOTE: The Pre-cleaner has an eco-friendly tablet inside the bottle. Simply fill the pre-cleaner bottle with warm water to activate the tablet. Allow it to sit for 30 seconds before giving the bottle a shake. The Pre-cleaner is now ready to use.

IMPORTANT: Wearing gloves is recommended. Please ensure the area being treated is well-ventilated. Do not store in direct sunlight. Store in its sealed container with the triggers switched off and keep away from children. In the event of eye contact, wash out immediately with water. Do not swallow or inhale. Seek medical advice if necessary.

STEP 1: PREPARING THE GLASS

Make sure the glass is as clean as possible. If there are stains or mineral buildup, we recommend restoring the glass to a 'new state'. If you cannot remove the stains using a regular cleaner, we recommend our GLASSGUARD™ Glass Restoration Stain Remover or our GLASSGUARD™ Magic Glass Restoration Nano Sponge. Once the glass is restored as much as possible, clean the glass using our pre-cleaner solution or an alcohol-based cleaner. Dry the glass and make sure it is free of any residue that might interfere with the Nanocoat treatment.

STEP 2: APPLYING THE NANOCOAT

Divide the glass into 1 square meter or 3 square feet sections at a time. Spray the Nanocoat across the glass. You only need 3-4 sprays for this area size. Using a dry microfiber cloth, spread the Nanocoat around in circular motions until it is completely dry. This may take up to 1 minute. Once dry, you can treat the next section of the glass. Repeat this process until you have treated the entire area.

STEP 3: POST-APPLICATION

You may see 'grit', residue, or swirling marks on the glass. This is normal and indicates an excess of Nanocoat on the glass. After about 5-10 minutes, use a damp cloth to polish the glass and remove all the grit/residue from the glass. Then, using a dry cloth, wipe off any remaining wet grit/residue from the glass. You may have to repeat this process a few times, but once complete, you should have clear, clean glass with the Nanocoat applied. Allow at least 24 hours for the Nanocoat to completely dry, and try not to wet the glass during this time.

IN CASE OF FAILED APPLICATION If you have applied the Nanocoat incorrectly and notice 'grit', residue, or swirling marks, use a strong alcohol-based cleaner or methylated spirits (found at most hardware stores or supermarkets) to remove the Nanocoat. Afterward, you can reapply the Nanocoat by following the instructions above carefully.
