1. Throw away the harsh chemicals
Acidic or abrasive cleaners can damage the glass and corrode metal parts. Opt for a gentle, safe, non-toxic cleaning solution that won't damage the glass and surrounding surfaces, or cause harm to humans, animals or the environment. Most non-toxic options effectively remove soap scum, hard water stains, and grime without the negative effects.

Much like we do with our own skin, before applying any solution to the entire glass door, test it on a small area to make sure it doesn't cause any adverse reactions. This way, you can be confident that the cleaner is safe to use on the entire surface without risking damage or discolouration.
