Instructions - GLASSGUARD® DRILL SCOURER PAD KIT

  1. Identify the Appropriate Pad: Start by identifying which scourer pad you need to use. If the surface you're cleaning is very dirty, you might want to start with the blue pad, which is slightly more abrasive. For regular cleaning, the white pad should be sufficient.

  2. Attach the Pad to the Drill Attachment: Each pad attaches to the drill attachment via a Velcro backing. Simply align the scourer pad to the velcro part of the drill attachment and press them together until they are securely attached.

  3. Connect the Attachment to Your Drill: There will be a silver screw bolt in each box,  take this bolt and screw it into the back of the drill attachment  Ensure it's securely attached before proceeding connecting it to your drill.

  4. Wet the Scourer Pad: Before you start scrubbing, dampen the scourer pad. This can help it move more smoothly over the surface and reduce the risk of scratches.

  5. Start Scrubbing: Turn on your drill to start the pad spinning. Apply the spinning pad to the surface you're cleaning and move it slowly across the surface in a controlled manner. Do not apply excessive pressure; let the pad and the drill do the work.

  6. Change Pads as Needed: If you notice that your scourer pad is becoming less effective or excessively dirty, stop the drill and switch to a new pad. Remember to disconnect the drill from power before changing pads.

  7. After Cleaning: Once you've finished cleaning, turn off and unplug the drill. Remove the scourer pad from the drill attachment. Rinse the scourer pad under water to remove any residual dirt or grime.
